I would like to thank the over 20 applicants I had for editor selection and of those the ones whose email I was actually able to open and read lol. I appreciate all the effort and hardwork of all the applicants taking their valuable time for this. The new editor has been chosen and just some notes for any aspiring editors and so forth.
Content comes first, if the text is fundamentally wrong then it doesn’t matter how pretty and eloquent you dress it up (which is why it’s important to have read the previous vols of Gakusen e.g.). Next is understanding if readers can’t understand the text then that’s no good; flow, grammar and whatever else can be included in readability/understanding.
Well with a new editor hopefully we can bring faster and better releases to you guys and since people been asking O_O We are still doing Saijaku which will be after Gakusen Vol 9.
TL;DR Welcome to the dark side new editor. People, make your shit correct and understandable. Saijaku lives and will be after Gakusen Vol 9 which is the last Gakusen vol we will be doing. Also Captain America Civil War is amazing watch it if you haven’t.
